On October 14, AI filmmakers, studios, and technologists packed into Los Angeles for the 3rd Annual Neu Wave AI Film Festival, co-hosted by LA Tech Week. Pixmax was proud to sponsor the evening: every attendee received 500 free Pixmax credits to start creating right away.
What is Neu Wave?
Neu Wave is a festival built to bridge filmmaking and AI. Past editions have drawn leaders from across the creative AI industry, including ByteDance, ElevenLabs, Hailuo / MiniMax, Higgsfield, and Machine Cinema, for panels and screenings in Hollywood. This year's mix of talks, films, and networking made it one of the most concentrated gatherings of AI filmmaking talent anywhere.

- Encore: The Last Performance, a preview of hybrid filmmaking that builds a feature around real actors.
- Two screening blocks of finalist films, filmmaker interviews, and an industry panel on making AI filmmaking sustainable.
